I am the worst when it comes to taking notes and keeping records. It was that way in school and its that way now. But i have to say that the only way i have been able to keep my calories under control is to keep a log of every thing in eat. If it doesn’t have a label on it i don’t eat it. I am also eating 5 times aday now and over the last 2 weeks have droped 5 real pounds.
So make a list and count those calories.
